As you are aware, we are now using the HomeContact service which will allow us to text you information/updates on things like after-school clubs, educational visits, dinner monies owed and absences, instead of having to make numerous phone calls. It will also allow us to email you letters and newsletters.
For those of you who have already provided your email address, you should have now received a "welcome email" from HomeContact with your own password. This allows you to log onto the www.homecontact.co.uk site and check that we have the correct contact details for you, as well as allowing you to change your mobile number and/or email address.
If you have not previously provided an email address then you will not be able to access the website - however if you give your email address to the staff in the school office then it can be added against your name. You will then receive an email from HomeContact with your password.
It is really important that we have your correct mobile telephone number to send texts to. If you change your mobile number either let us know or change it yourself on the www.homecontact.co.uk site please.
