The Maureen Padgett Award 2006.
This year saw the introduction of a new award. Laura Travell is the first pupil to receive the Maureen Padgett Award. Maureen served as a school governor for many years. Her commitment to our school was immeasurable and touched all aspects of school life. The award will be presented annually in recognition of 'true commitment' to our school, a fitting reminder of Maureen's dedication.

I was delighted to hear that Laura Tovell has received the very first Maureen Padgett Award. She is an exceptional young lady - good natured, polite,extremely hard working and an excellent role model. Good luck for the future, Laura!
